Individual bays are separated by a metal wall which can be removed if more space is required. So if you start out needing one 20' by 40' bay and decide you need another contiguous unit, the interior wall can be removed so you have one larger 1,600 square foot bay instead of two individual 800 square foot bays. All bays include walk doors, lights, and fire extinguishers. Utilities, security cameras, and wifi are included in the lease payment. The property has an automated security gate with keypads and a remote control entry device. The property is surrounded by 7 foot chain link security fence and is available to tenants on a 24 hour basis, seven days a week. Your things are always accessible to you. Your belongings are "high and dry’" in our location. Our buildings are rated for 120 mph windstorm and are 43 ft above sea level.
