Electronic Door Lock

• To unlock the door, press the code, then the Brinks button.
• IF YOU HEAR THE LOCK GRINDING, after entering the code, the code is correct but the latchbolt is scraping against the strike. Pull the door towards you to allow the latchbolt to retract.
• To lock the door, press the Brinks button.
• If it's inoperable, replace the batteries. You can access the batteries by removing the back flap. Flip the base of the cover up partway, then lift up.

Gate

If the gate doesn't work, ensure that the eye is clear of water or debris and aligns with the reflector.

Roll-up Door

If the overhead door doesn't work, ensure the reflector is rotated towards the eye.
